My Story

Hi all, Thankyou for visiting my website and blog.  My name is Anne Higgins and I hold a Bsc (Hons),Dip. Counselling /psychotherapy.

I qualified in 2017 and its now I have decided to follow my passion and set up my private practice.

Feale  Counselling Service is set up outside Abbeyfeale, County Limerick. (parking available at rear of premises if preferred)

I work with ages 18+ and I provide a professional, confidential, and non -judgmental service in a safe environment where you can explore your concerns and feel supported as you move forward.

I work with an Integrative approach to suit each client such as person-centred, CBT and Humanistic approach and deal with physical, emotional, and mental health issues.

I am accredited with IACP (Irish Association For counselling and psychotherapy)

I am also a certified kinesiologist - A holistic approach - which looks at muscle imbalances in the body that can cause one's discomfort. Overall a kinesiology session can help with mind/body connection and overall health and well-being
