Caring for over 12 years or more and my passion was to go counselling. I set myself up so passionately that I could do what I wanted to do. I was with time constantly obsessed with being a counsellor - that I researched and done courses to help me achieve my goal.

Think about it.. no one has ever done something in their life - that they didn't believe they could do first! Be aware of your thoughts, analyze them each and every time. Each and every thought that comes to mind - each and everyday! Why?
Any time you have a big goal - their is always that voice in the back of your head ( we all know that voice) The voice that says " you can't do this and you can't do that! I want to do this I want to do that, but that voice tells you - your not good enough.. believe me I have had it!
Growing up doubting myself a lot felt I never felt enough. Being that type of child growing up that way I hadn't confidence for sometime - until learned that I needed to believe in myself and shoot for worthy goals. Oh for the record, I still have not perfected this, but everyday is a new day to achieve something new. One has to constantly analyze that voice that keeps coming up! If it says you can't, you say I can. If your not a big believer and have huge mindsets - have a bunch of small goals and make them bigger. Once you can do this it builds your confidence

How to overcome limiting beliefs *stop doubting yourself *Believe in yourself *Eliminate small thinking *Believe you can do it You are so much more powerful than you can comprehend. If you think negative thoughts- you are going to have negative results If you think positive thoughts- you will have positive results. This is easier said that done! .. it's that voice again! The more you think about something it becomes an obsession.. then you will find a way to get it done! Start on setting goals. Believe 100% to your core It's funny how the world will start to help you and you start to take notice of the things you hadn't noticed before that will help you get to that goal. • Ask yourself when was the last time you were held back with negative beliefs? • Ask yourself what are some things you focus on that are NOT positive and bring positivity into your life? • Are you listening to that inner voice within that says your not good enough, strong enough- or smart enough.
